Famous Chinese Hot and Sour Soup ;)



Ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken (bones pieces), prawns and boiled corns could also be added.
8 to 9 glasses of water
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
6 tbsp corn flour
4 boiled eggs
1 egg white

Procedure:
1. take a soup pot , place da chicken, add water n bring to a boil.
2. cover da pan n cook it on low heat till da chicken gets tender.
3. remove da meat from chicken bones n keep a side.
4. drain da chicken water in another sauce pan n again put da water back to the same soup pot.
5. bring to a boil n add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce,black pepper, salt, chinese salt, egg white and keep stirring..
6. dissolve corn flour in 1/2 cup of water n slightly add in da boiling soup, keep stirring.
7. if u need more thick soup add some more corn flour.
8. pour da mash chicken meat in da soup n cook it for 5 min on low heat.
9. serve wth vinegar, soya sauce, mashed boiled eggs n chilli sauce.
10.add salt n pepper to taste.
