Chapli Kababs



Ingredients:
500 gm minced meat
1/2 egg (beaten)
2 tbs of chick peas powder (roasted)
1 large onion crushed
2 spring onions fine chopped
1/2 cup fresh coriander and mint leaves
1 tbs fresh garlic paste
1 tbp fresh ginger paste
1 seedless cubed tomato
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp White roasted zeera powder
1 tsp roasted coriender seeds grated
1 tbsp corn flour
2 pinches backing powder
2 tsp dried pomegranate seeds
Oil for fry

Direction:

1. Mix all ingredients into the minced meat and knead well with hands, make sure that mince is not fat free
2. Set aside for 30 mins or more
3. Then take 2 tbs of mince in your hand and make a palm size kababs
4. Set a slice of tomato at the centre of kababs
5. Heat the oil in a pan for shallow frying
6. fry the kababs on medium flame untill crispy from both sides
7. Chapli Kababs are ready to serve
8. Serve hot with mint chutney and chapatis!
